Isaiah 7:4

4And say to him, a‘Be careful, bbe quiet, do not fear, and do not let your heart be faint because of these two csmoldering stumps of firebrands, at the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria and dthe son of Remaliah.

Isaiah 54:1

The Eternal Covenant of Peace

1 eSing, O barren one, who did not bear;
break forth into singing and cry aloud,
you who have not been in labor!
For the children of fthe desolate one gwill be more
than the children of her who is married,” says the Lord.

Isaiah 66:7-8

Rejoice with Jerusalem

7 hBefore she was in labor
she gave birth;
before her pain came upon her
she delivered a son.
8Who has heard such a thing?
Who has seen such things?
Shall a land be born in one day?
Shall a nation be brought forth in one moment?
For ias soon as Zion was in labor
she brought forth her children.

Micah 4:9-10

9 Now why do you cry aloud?
jIs there no king in you?
kHas your counselor perished,
that lpain seized you like a woman in labor?
10 mWrithe and groan,
Or push
O daughter of Zion,
like a woman in labor,
for onow you shall go out from the city
and dwell in the open country;
you pshall go to Babylon.
There you shall be rescued;
qthere the Lord will redeem you
from the hand of your enemies.

John 16:20-21

20Truly, truly, I say to you, ryou will weep and lament, but sthe world will rejoice. You will be sorrowful, but tyour sorrow will turn into joy. 21 uWhen a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.
